Once you have chosen your ideal caravan, we will schedule the service and preparation through our in house AWS Approved Workshop.

Preparation

Our qualified technicians are dedicated to ensuring we prepare and service the caravan to the highest standard. Multiple safety checks are completed including gas soundness, carbon monoxide test, electrical 230v/12v tests and of course we will check the caravan appliances.

In fact, we use the full Approved (AWS) Workshop service schedule when preparing our sold caravans as well as completing additional functionality checks such as making up beds and bunks.

(Due to space restrictions we no longer complete Retail servicing, however, there is a huge UK network of mobile AWS Approved service engineers who can complete routine servicing at your home or place of storage. This offers much more convenience and saves the time & fuel required for two journeys to deliver & collect).

Once the preparation and service is complete, the caravan passes to our valet team.

Using quality branded products we will ensure the caravan is given a final internal and external clean so it is gleaming ready for the collection day!

Handover / Collection

When the collection day arrives you will be shown around your caravan by our experienced handover technician. We will explain how all the appliances, control panels, water system etc operate so you can fully enjoy your caravan when you arrive on site.

With tips and hints along the way, we will ensure you are confident in using your caravan before you leave.

We started video handovers during the Covid pandemic, however, these have proved so popular that we will email you a private link to internal & external videos showing you how your caravan operates prior to collection. This will be a valuable resource which you can go back to whenever needed during your ownership.

Aftersales

During your ownership, our in house AWS Approved workshop is on hand to assist with any repairs or warranty work should the need arise. We work closely with AutoProtect and using their online portal we are able to gain claim approval quickly.
